How is gi sizing determined? Sizing is based on proportion to height. Each size of gi is designed to fit a certain height to its proportion in weight. People that are un-proportioned to their height, please call a Gameness Service Representative.
Does Jiu-Jitsu USA sell pants separately? Yes. We make a limited aount of Gi pants that are completly un branded, Check out web site often when they are in stock they do not last long. Jiu-Jitsu-USA also does not mismatch a top and bottom of gi's with different sizes.
When will my order be shipped? Jiu-Jitsu USA ships orders within 24-36 hours of when the order was placed. Orders will arrive 5-7 business days of ship.
What if I want to use an alternate shipping method? Please contact a Gameness service representative to help with any alternate shipping issues.However our policy is to ship UPS full insurred.
Does Jiu-Jitsu USA ship orders internationally? Yes. International shipments may have added shipping charges to them after the order is placed in the online and / or system to accommodate up to date custom and shipping fees.
How do I track my order? We ship with UPS fully insured with UPS only. A shipping email will be sent to you when the shipping label for your order is being created. Take the tracking number from your email and refer to http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US&WT.svl=Footer. There you can track your package anytime after it has left the facility.
Are there any guarantees on gi’s and pants? Gameness guarantees gi tops for 3 months and gi pants for 3 months after purchase. In the past 3 years, Gameness has a 99% customer service rating on their gi’s. only 2 gi’s have been sent back due to damage. Gi pants are guaranteed for only 3 months due to the physical nature of Jiu Jitsu.
What happens if my order is backordered? Backordered items will ship as soon as we have them in stock. At that time, Jiu-Jitsu USA will notify you via email or phone about your order so that you may be aware of the shipment and charges.

Can I buy gear with a money order? Yes. This is process is not a quick as the online or phone systems. Please send a money order with the correct order info and amount (including shipping) to: Jiu-Jitsu USA, Sales Dept., 2075 Sutter Street Suite 223 , San Francisco, CA 94115. Once money order is received, Jiu-Jitsu USA / Gameness will process the order the same exact way as an online purchase. Please refer to “When will my order be shipped?” for further information.
