If you have a defective Item please call us and we will get that fixed right away, however we hand inspect all items before they leave the wharehouse.

Shipping charges are non refundable under any circumtances.

All international orders with out AVS security address matching will be held for 90 Days before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges ARE Exceptef if the Item is defective.

A RMA# must be requested from Info@jiu-Jitsu-USA.com

All returns MUST be shipped back using our UPS system- No exceptions

A Return label will be E-mailed to you after an RMA # has been approved. That Label and UPS MUST be used to return anything to Jiu-Jitsu USA

All packages shiped to Jiu-Jitsu USA by any other service will not be accepted.
